Failed (?) Scones

I am a sucker for scones...be it sweet or savoury kind...love them all...got this recipe from allrecipe.com and tried to modify it because some of the ingredients are hard to find here...and voila...this is what I got...failed(?) scones...

Well...to call it failed would be an insult to this yummy treat...but...I was aiming for the puffy kind of scones....not the flat ones...

Can somebody help me??

Veggie Pop

One of my way to trick my lil six years old brother to eat his portion of vegetables! A mix of crunchy carrot, daikon radish, cabbage and potato and chive! Never know what really does the trick...the look, the taste or a combo of both?

Nevertheless...it's a true delight even for vegan!
